After 25 years in the medical field I needed a bit of a change! So I wound up in the construction industry in safety. A change I wished I would’ve done 25 years ago. I love this industry and I passionate about keeping people safe. My main goals are to be a presence of caring and bring positive reinforcement up to par. we rarely tell people the positive things and changes that they make but rather focus on the negative. In this industry one person can make such a huge difference. it has allowed me to finally become a truly independent self sufficient adult. There is nothing more liberating than being able to take care of your needs yourself. So many women are stuck in situations that they can’t see a way out of, I hope to break some these broken repeating generational issues and offer a solution through educating young women about options in the construction industry.
